What was wrong with this season?

This season didn't just start this year its been building for awhile,poor drafting,poor player management,losing key players to free agency.Will it only get worse will more players leave the Pack after this season.I think it's time for a coaching change Sherman can't get it done.When we lost key players, the back ups just weren't good enough.
