Signing Sherman for 2 more years Good or Bad ?

Is it good to have Mike Sherman for 2 more years or during big games do you think he chokes and makes bad calls that lead to losses?

I personally am not sure Mike Sherman can get the job done and get the Packers to the Super Bowl.To many times I've seen him make bad calls which really hurt the teams chances of winning big games.Like not throwing the red flag during a game when we would have kept the ball and not give it over to the other team.Like against Philly not going for it on four down, giving the ball back to philly and then losing the game.

It can be the little things that count and mean the difference from winning and losing.I don't think Shermans got what it takes to win the big games.

What's your view up or down on Mike Sherman.

I could not agree more. For years I've been saying this is the wrong guy. He spends too much time building chemistry with bowling outings and not enough time building a winning football team. More often than not, the Packers and Sherman really appear underprepared and even surprised by the opposing team, especially but certainly not exclusively in the postseason. Additionally, Favre hasn't been coached in years, and he clearly needs it. I just look at Sherman, and compared to other coaches, it looks as though he really doesn't get it. All in all, I think Sherman is probably a great guy, but not a good coach of the Green Bay Packers.
